You spend a lot of time doing, thinking, solving, carrying, and moving.
Reiki is an invitation to do something different for a while: slow down, get comfortable, receive, and notice.
I offer virtual Distance Reiki sessions for people who are curious about Reiki, already know they love it, or simply want some intentional space to reconnect with themselves.
You don’t have to understand Reiki—or even be sure what you think about it—to begin. Curiosity is enough.

Reiki is a Japanese energy practice often used to support relaxation, reflection, and a sense of connection or wellbeing.
During a session, I work with Reiki while you rest comfortably in your own space. People describe their experiences in lots of different ways—warmth, tingling, emotion, imagery, deep relaxation, absolutely nothing dramatic at all... all of that is okay.
There is no “right” Reiki experience.
I approach Reiki as a complementary wellness practice, not medical or mental-health treatment.
ARRIVE
We’ll meet briefly on Google Meet, check in, talk about anything you’d like me to know, and give you a moment to settle into your space.
RECEIVE
You’ll get comfortable sitting or lying down. Cameras go off while I offer Distance Reiki, and you simply rest and notice whatever you notice.
RECONNECT
We’ll come back together afterward for a brief check-in and reflection before closing the session.
30-minute sessions usually include about 20–25 minutes of Reiki.
60-minute sessions usually include about 45–50 minutes of Reiki.
Water nearby is always a good idea. Headphones are optional. Pajamas are absolutely acceptable. 😆
I approach Reiki with consent, curiosity, and respect for your experience.
I’m not going to tell you what you should feel, interpret every sensation as a profound spiritual message, or pretend I know something about you that you don’t.
Sometimes Reiki feels deeply meaningful. Sometimes it feels like the first time you’ve actually rested all week.
Both count.
My role is to create an intentional space, offer Reiki, and let your experience belong to you.
This is the section that differentiates Reiki with Heather from a generic explanation of Reiki.
A gentle introduction if you’re new to Reiki, curious about what it’s like, short on time, or simply want a little room to pause.
More time to settle in, receive Reiki, and reconnect afterward for reflection.
Multi-session packages are available. Reach out and I’ll help you choose what makes sense.
If this is your first Reiki session with Bimini, you’ll complete a short intake and consent packet before your appointment.
Returning clients complete a much shorter check-in form before future sessions.
Your booking confirmation will include everything you need.
Reiki may also be available for children and adolescents with parent or guardian consent. Please contact me before booking so we can talk about whether the session and format are a good fit.
Reiki classes and attunements are part of Bimini’s future plans. If you’d like to hear when those become available, you’re welcome to join the interest list.
A gentle note: Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support.
