By using this website and participating in services offered by Bimini Coaching & Wellness, you agree to the following terms.
Payment is due prior to services being rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Discovery Calls are complimentary.
One missed Discovery Call may be rescheduled.
After a second missed appointment, future scheduling requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Packages begin on the date of the first scheduled session.
Three-month packages should be used within three months.
Six-month packages should be used within six months.
Packages not started within one year of purchase expire.
Extensions may be considered due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
Packages are non-transferable.
Written reports are non-refundable once delivered.
Registration reserves your place within the cohort.
Refund requests after the cohort begins will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
All website content, materials, downloads, and resources remain the property of Bimini Coaching & Consulting, LLC., and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
Bimini Coaching & Wellness reserves the right to decline or discontinue services that are not a good fit or fall outside the scope of practice.
