One missed Discovery Call may be rescheduled.
After a second missed appointment, future scheduling requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Payment is due before services are rendered.
Coaching services are non-refundable.
Unused funds may, at the sole discretion of Bimini Coaching & Wellness, be applied toward another eligible service.
Packages are non-transferable.
Packages begin on the date of the first scheduled session.
Packages not started within one year of purchase expire.
Extensions and pauses may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Appointments canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund.
Appointments canceled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled one time.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session or missed without notice are considered forfeited.
Reiki packages follow the same expiration policy as coaching packages.
Written reports are non-refundable once delivered.
Readings canceled more than 48 hours in advance may be refunded.
If a participant chooses to keep the report but cancel the reading, only the reading portion may be refunded.
Because circle spaces are intentionally kept small, registration reserves your place within the cohort.
Refund requests after the cohort begins will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
