Sometimes you know something needs to change, but you’re not quite sure what—or where to begin.
Maybe you’re navigating a transition. Maybe the way you’ve always done things isn’t working anymore. Maybe you’ve spent so much time tending to everyone else that you’re trying to remember what you actually want.
Coaching with me is a place to slow down, get curious, tell the truth about what’s working and what isn’t, and figure out what feels right from here.
I’m not here to hand you a five-step formula for becoming a shinier, more productive version of yourself. 😆
I’m here to help you hear yourself more clearly.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, healing-centered, and grounded in the belief that you already carry wisdom about your own life.
We might explore things like:
navigating change or transition
reconnecting with yourself and your values
boundaries and relationships
burnout and more sustainable ways of living
leadership, purpose, or what comes next
making space for joy, curiosity, and the parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way
There isn’t a preset curriculum you have to fit into.
We start with you.
I don’t believe people are problems waiting to be solved.
Sometimes we need support making sense of what we’re carrying. Sometimes we need someone who will ask a question we haven’t considered. Sometimes we need accountability. And sometimes we need another human to say, “Okay, but is that actually what you want?”
That’s the kind of coaching relationship I’m interested in creating.
You bring your experiences, values, questions, strengths, and lived wisdom.
I bring curiosity, reflection, a trauma-informed lens, years of working alongside people through complicated seasons—and a willingness to gently call out the bullshit when it’s getting in your way.
We figure out the rest together.
Coaching may be worth exploring if you:
are moving through a season of change
feel stuck between where you’ve been and whatever comes next
want support creating boundaries or making decisions
are trying to reconnect with yourself after spending a long time caring for everyone else
want accountability without judgment
are questioning old expectations, identities, beliefs, or definitions of success
simply want somewhere to think out loud with someone in your corner
You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal.
That’s what the conversation is for.

We can decide what makes sense after we talk. You do not need to choose a package before your discovery call.
Coaching and therapy can sometimes explore similar parts of our lives, but they are not the same thing.
I am not providing psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or medical treatment through coaching.
If what you need falls outside the scope of coaching—or I believe another kind of support would serve you better—I’ll tell you. I care much more about you getting the right support than convincing you that Bimini needs to be it.
I currently work with adults ages 18+.
Good news: you don’t have to be. 😆
The discovery call exists precisely because neither of us needs to decide whether we should work together based on a website.
Come with your questions. We’ll talk.
