We believe that those who spend their lives caring for others deserve spaces where they, too, can be cared for.
Helpers & Healers Connection Circles exsist to create communities of belonging where helpers, healers, advocates, & changemakers can reconnect with themselves, one another, and the reasons they first chose this work.
We believe:
💜 Healing happens in relationship.
💜 Rest is necessary, not earned.
💜 We are not meant to heal or carry our burdens alone.
💜 Every person deserves to be seen, heard, & valued.
💜 Individual healing ripples outward into families, organizations, & communities.
💜 Joy, laughter, & celebration are important parts of healing.
💜 We are stronger when we care for one another.
This is a place to:
🌿 Be witnessed.
🌿 Share honestly.
🌿 Learn together.
🌿 Rest & reflect.
🌿 Build meaningful relationships.
🌿 Celebrate wins.
🌿 Receive support.
🌿 Offer support.
🌿 Remember that you are not alone.
This community is not:
🚫 Group therapy.
🚫 A place to fix one another.
🚫 A networking group.
🚫 A place for judgment or competition.
🚫 A substitute for crisis services or mental health treatment.
What is shared here stays here.
We assume positive intent & remain open to learning.
Everyone deserves to be heard.
You are always welcome to pass or participate in the way that feels right for you.
Your needs matter here.
We are all learning.
For ourselves & for others.
Community is not something we consume.
It is something we create together.
Every person who joins this space brings wisdom, experiences, gifts, & perspectives that enrich the collective.
There will be seasons when you need support & seasons when you are able to offer It.
Both are sacred.
We hope you leave these circles feeling:
🌟 Seen.
🌟 Supported.
🌟 Connected.
🌟 Inspired.
🌟 Less alone.
🌟 More fully yourself.
🌟 Better equipped to care for yourself, your communities, & the people you serve.
You do not need to have everything figured out.
You do not need to carry it all by yourself.
You do not need to earn your place here.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
At Bimini, we believe that belonging is a human need & collective care is a practice.
These circles are one small way of remembering something many of us have forgotten:
We were never meant to do life alone.
